In light of recent reports of sexual harassment, discrimination, and unsafe work behaviors in the NSW hospitality industry, WaR’s biannual project ‘Outspoken’ is hosting an online presentation around ‘What does sexual harassment look like?’.


Alongside the humane and ethical implications of failing to provide safety, resources and support for your teams, the price for turning a blind eye to workplace sexual harassment ensures reputational damage, litigation, and workplace investigations.


We believe that all of us want to get better, and this is a step towards doing so.


Our presenters will be Kate McDonald, the Policy Director of Positive Duty, and Natalie Greenfield, the Principal Investigator/Conciliator at the Human Rights Commission.
