About the Event
Outspoken is a biannual program teaching negotiation, debating, critical thinking and public speaking, instilling self confidence and enabling women to better navigate their professional lives, build resilience and never be silenced.
Outspoken founder Sophie Otton and Women And Revolution co-founder and president Bridget Raffal  have engaged Mel Cheng, a lawyer and MBA candidate living on Gadigal land with a background in the tech, music and entertainment industries, to conduct a series of online training sessions. The sessions are designed to build womens’ experience, confidence and skills in reasoning, articulating and arguing on their feet, with the overarching aim of individuals finding and developing their particular voice.
PROGRAM:
Module 3 of Outspoken will focus on negotiation. Â The program takes place online, Â over five Tuesday mornings in April and May, starting on the 30th of April.

Applicants must be current members of Women and Revolution. Applicants can be based anywhere in Australia as the course is entirely online. This ticket covers a $200 course fee, that can be subject to a scholarship rebate upon successful completion of the program.
