Join us for a special tasting with Giulia Negri and AJ Wine Merchants as we explore her 2021 releases alongside select 2020s, plus a look at her Chardonnay. A biologist by training, Giulia took over her family’s Serradenari estate in La Morra at just 24, farming the highest vineyards in Barolo (400–550m) organically alongside wild truffle forests that enrich the estate’s biodiversity.
While best known for her Barolo, Giulia also champions Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, varieties she retained at Serradenari after formative time in Burgundy, where she was mentored by Caroline Morey. This tasting is a rare chance to compare two vintages side by side, and to gain perspective on how Burgundy and Barolo philosophies overlap in her winemaking.
