I love the industries I work in and am lucky they span hospitality, education and the wine industry. I run by day so I can enjoy food and (mainly) wine guilt free at night. I really miss the good old ‘long lunch’ where tables are re-set around you and the sun goes down before you leave. I am a dog lover (Labradors) and my happy place is in my garden. My career spans on premise, retail, import, export, distribution, buyer and currently education supporting WSET approved providers in Australia and New Zealand. My ‘self directive’ is to lead by example, embrace uniqueness and strive for change. I clearly am driven by study, currently completing beer and spirits studies whilst having a year out from the MW programme. I love laughing and play time, seriously!
